Using and operating our 3D scanners requires no prior experience in 3D, photography, videography, or AI. When we install the 3D scanner, we provide a two-day training for your team, equipping them to operate the system confidently and achieve outstanding results from day one.

Style

Prep your object outside the 3D scanner and combine it if needed with our selection of different holders, suited for different classes of objects.

Place

Place the object at the center of the 3D scanner, either manually or using our patented trolley system with a magnetic ‘click-in’ mechanism for precise positioning.

Scan

The scanner operator moves to the computer connected to the 3D scanner, selects the desired scanning settings — such as object size (large or small) and resolution (8K or 4K) — and clicks the ‘Start Scanning’ button.

Use

Once the scan is complete, a quality check is performed and any necessary post-production is carried out. The customer can then use the 3D scan across various applications, including e-commerce, marketing, sales, AI, or industrial workflows.

The Sphere

Designed for both rigid and soft objects — backpacks, accessories, footwear, toys, tools and more. Scans any object with exceptional accuracy, preserving every curve, fold, and texture.

    The Cube is designed to scan small to medium sized objects that are rigid in nature, like a shoe, a toy, a tool. This scanner should not be used to scan deformable items.

    The annual throughput is 16,000 items on both 3D scanners.

    What objects can be scanned?

    While our website showcases mostly shoes, our scanners can scan any object. However, there are size limitations and restrictions on transparent or mirror-like objects, requiring post-production efforts.

    Are scanners operated by experts?

    No expertise is needed. Two days of provided training are sufficient for anyone to operate our scanners.

    What is the type of data that the scanner produces?

    The scanner automatically generates three types of 3D models per scan—8k textures, 4k textures, and 2k textures—catering to various use cases. Customers can choose to generate any resolution in between directly from the 3D scanner.

    What is the scanning volume of the 3D scanner?

    The Cube's scanning volume of (13.8" x 13.8” x  19.7”). Best for rigid objects.

    The Sphere scanning volume of 70cm x 70cm x 70cm (27.6” x  27.6” x  27.6”). Suit for non-rigid objects.

    Does the 3D scanner have limitations?

    While pushing the limits of computer vision and machine learning, and 3D scanning technology, objects with mirror-like reflections may require manual adjustment by a 3D artist. Currently, no one else produces relightable 3D scans with photorealistic quality as we do. We are dedicated to automating and elevating 3D scanning quality to new heights.

    Does the customer need their own servers for reconstructing the 3D models and storing the data?

    No, a rack with 3-4 workstations, including NVIDIA GPUs, is typically provided.

    How long does it take to install a 3D scanner?

    Our team typically completes the machine installation within approximately 3 days. Subsequently, we offer 2 days of on-site training for a group of 10-15 employees/operators. This training is complemented by online resources and a comprehensive handbook.

    Do you provide training for the customer’s employees?

    Are the 3D scanners CE and US certified?
